Abstract: Flow assurance is very important for design and operation management of the high pour point crude oil transportation pipeline. This paper choose one oil pipeline of CNOOC as an analysis example. Research on two main design plan according to the thermal management mode. In the heating, hot water preheating and displacement plan, the best temperature of hot water is existed. Hot water 88°C will be adopted. The greater of the preheating water flowrate, benefits thepreheating. The design flowrate 6359m3/d will be used. In skin effect electric heat plan, the pipeline insulation layer thickness of 80 mm and skin heating power of 2534 kw will be used through technical economical comparison, and the advantage of skin effect electric heat plan is analyzed relative to heating, hot water preheating and the displacement plan. The above research results may provide technical reference for the future design of high pour point crude oil transportation pipeline.

Abstract: Mine water inflow refers to the influx of mine within the mine construction and production process of water per unit time. The amout of water inflow is not only an important indicator of the technical and economic evaluation of mine construction and rational development but also the main basis for coal mining production design department to develop programs to identify and develop the ability to mine dewatering and drainage measures, playing an important role in preventing the accidents of mine water inrush and flooding mine malignant as well as reducing the production costs and protecting mine safety. In this paper, the way coal mining in northeast in china for points, by means of sequence numerical simulation compared to traditional separated mining area in calculating water inflow, then matches the results to the existing mine water inflow, to validate the model accuracy, improve the accuracy of the numerical simulation, to provide security for mining coal mine safety.

Abstract: Predicting the performance of reservoirs help engineers to evaluate reserves, carryout development planning which requires thorough understanding of the reservoir characteristics, develop a model that can mimic the physical processes occurring in the reservoir such that forecast can be made with reasonable accuracy. This study used the material balance software, MBAL which is an allocation tool to evaluate the reserves of reservoir Buza and thereafter predictions were carried out on the reservoir. This was achieved by determining the dominant energy in the reservoir, performing non-linear regression on the uncertain parameters and performance predictions to obtain cumulative oil production and recovery factor. The results obtained showed that water injection at an average rate of 22000STB/D was the main energy in the reservoir providing about 68% of the total energy in the system. The recovery forecast at 31/12/2022 will be 42.8% with cumulative oil production of 98MMSTB. These results are necessary and important for reservoir engineers and policy makers in reservoir management.

Abstract: The new version of China’s “Coal Mine Safety Regulations” has been comprehensive revised and implemented. It will have a significant influence and play an important role on national safety production of coal mine. As the main regulation of coal mine safety production, it has been highly valued by the Party and government, coal mine enterprises and employees. Before this comprehensive revision, it has undergone 13 times of system and revision."Coal Mine Safety Regulations" specifically reflects the requirements of the state for coal mine safety work, and adjusts the relationship between people in coal mine safety work. It can correctly reflect the objective law of coal mine production and adjust the relationship between man and nature in coal mine safety work. The comprehensive revision is not a repetition. It focuses on perfecting, upgrading, checking and filling gaps. It can withstand deliberation and practical test. It has increased from 4 to 6, 20 to 34, 751 to 721, and 19.2% of them have been substantially revised. It is mandatory, scientific, normative and stable. This thesis state the status and function of the “ Coal Mine Safety Regulations”, the basic principles of this revision, and the main changes of new version regulations, adjustment of technical equipment and the important rule of emergency rescue are emphatically analyzed, in order to correctly understand and implement the requirements of relevant regulations.
